About Veeral Controls

Veeral Controls is an advanced power-electronics engineering company specialising in high-density conversion systems for precision, high-current and high-voltage applications. With three decades of engineering lineage, the company is one of the few global firms with deep domain expertise spanning power-electronics hardware, digital signal processing, and real-time control architectures.

Since 1993, Veeral has engineered breakthrough systems including ultra-fast rise-time converters ( <10 µs), multi-MW inverter platforms, 30 kA–72 kA rectifier systems, and high-frequency, high-power converter stacks deployed across wind, solar, plasma research, rail traction, defence, and nuclear programmes.

Our portfolio covers high-current power supplies, high-voltage ZVS-based generator modules, multi-level IGBT and SiC stacks (up to 6.5 kV/2400 A), precision magnet supplies (100 ppm ripple), STATCOM architectures, MIL-grade motor controllers, and custom low-frequency inverter systems for specialised industrial processes.

Veeral’s engineering depth integrates wide-bandgap semiconductor technology, multi-pulse rectification, amorphous-core transformer design, thermal-electromagnetic simulation, and high-speed data acquisition (≤5 µs) into robust, modular platforms optimised for dynamic response, harmonic performance, and long operational life. Our systems are proven through global deployments across research accelerators, grid-support applications, hydrogen and renewable systems, smelting facilities, and advanced manufacturing lines.

With stringent design validation, accelerated stress-testing, and adherence to demanding global performance standards, Veeral Controls delivers mission-grade power-conversion systems trusted by OEMs and critical-infrastructure operators worldwide.
