Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate Engineering (Electrical/Electronics, with major experience in Power Electronics Design and Development)
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience, with at least 3 years in Managerial position.
Expertise: In design of converters and inverters in the medium to high power range. Hands-on experience in Design of IGBT/MOSFET/SCR based systems, including drivers for these devices. Experience in design and development of controllers based on DSP/Micro-controllers/FPGA Should have experience in industrial applications and renewable energy products. Should preferably have experience in handling customized projects, beginning with tendering, execution, customer interaction, and delivery. Will be expected to participate in Business Development activities, and technical sales support.
